ABC has officially announced the cast for season five of “Dancing With The Stars”

In no particular order

• Wayne Newton, Vegas headliner (this years “elder statesman” and looking very scary lately)
• Floyd Mayweather Jr, boxer (Who ??)
• Entrepreneur Mark Cuban
• Melanie Brown, aka “Scary Spice” and Mel B. (I thoght they were on a world tour )
• Sabrina Bryan of Disney Channel’s Cheetah Girls. (this is a new twist)
• Indianapolis 500 champ Helio Castroneves (guess they couldn’t get any NASCAR guys)
• Actress Jennie Garth
• Model-actress Josie Maran (Hoo-Hah !)
• Soap star Cameron Mathison (who??)
• Singer Marie Osmond (awww !)
• Model Albert Reed
• Actress Jane Seymour (56 year old hottie !)

I posted the final dances below. If I had to vote based on the “Finals” only I think I would have to go with Joey Fatone taking it all.

However if you consider how the dancers performed the entire season I would vote for Apolo Ohno and Julianne Hough. Julianne is a great choreographer. I was especially impressed considering her age.

I predict Apolo will be crowned champion of Dancing With The Stars.

They were pretty much in sync and it was pretty athletic. However I thing the edge goes to Joey Fatone and Kym.

The is the freestyle dance for the finals of Dancing with The Stars featuring Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson. I have to give it up for Joey and Kym for putting on one hell of a show.

Look like I called this one, or should I say YouTube called it. Ian Ziering was voted out tonight on Dancing with The Stars.

A month ago I thought Ian would make it to the finals and Laila would be sent home. I wonder if all the women will vote for Laila Ali ,the lone woman left, or will they vote for the Apolo Ohno ?

Based on the number of views at YouTube for this weeks semifinals it appears that Apolo and Juliane are the front runners. Their video had almost twice the views of the other three contestants.

As of this posting Joey Fatone and Kym Johnson and Laila Ali are tied for second. Ian Ziering and Cheryl Burke trails the pack.

Apolo Ohno and Julianne Samba rocked the dance floor on Dancing With The Stars when they performed the Samba. They appear to be the couple to beat.

Here is my prediction for the final three

Ian Ziering and Cheryl Burke

Maybe making it to the final three will be Laila Ali. We’ll see.

Leeza Gibbons was voted off Dancing With The Stars. Also in the bottom two and in danger of elimination were John Ratzenberger.

I wasn’t totally surprised by these two choices for the bottom two. After John goes I suspect that Clyde Drexler and Billy Ray Cyrus will be the next to go. I am suprised by Heather Mills. Forget about the prosthetic leg, she is just plain fun to watch dancing. Her partner does great choreography.

In the end I still think Joey Fatone and Apolo Anton Ohno will duke it out for top honors with Joey taking it all.

The two lowest vote getters on week 4 of Dancing With The Stars were Shandi Finnessey and Leeza Gibbons. I was a little surprised that Clyde Drexler or John Ratzenberger, weren’t in the bottom two.
